Privacy Policy

Introduction

Your privacy is important. At Nexora Hosts, we work with private details every day. That can include home or property information, payment records, guest contact details, and messages you send to us. This notice tells you what we gather, why we use it, how we guard it, and when we may share it. If you list a property with us, or if you book a stay through our site, this document applies to you. We want things to be clear. So we wrote this in plain language. If anything is not clear, contact us anytime.

What Information We Collect

Property owners and guests give us different types of info. We gather what fits each group. Property owners send property details. This can include the address, photos, features, and pricing. They also share contact info. That means their name, email, and phone number. We need some other items from owners too. We collect banking details so we can pay out funds. We also track how the listing is doing. We look at booking history and guest reviews.

Guests share their details during booking. They enter their name, email, and phone number. In some cases, they also add preferences. We collect payment information as part of the transaction. This is handled by secure payment services. We do not keep the full credit card numbers on our side. When either owners or guests use our site or apps, we record usage data. This can include IP address, device or browser type, and which pages are viewed. We also note how long someone stays on the platform. We use cookies and similar tools. This helps us recognise repeat visitors. It also helps us make the service feel smoother.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data for clear reasons.

  1. If you own property, we use it to run your listings. We also use it to take payments, send payouts, and share booking updates and confirmations. We may use it to help set better prices. It also helps us schedule cleaning and upkeep. You will receive guest messages through our system. We also send you reports on how your place is doing.
  2. If you are a guest, we use your details to confirm your booking. We process your payment and send check-in info. You will also get property details. If you contact us for support, we use your info to help. We keep you informed about your stay and reservation.

We may use combined data that does not point to any one person. This helps our site work better and helps us see how people use our services. We may email ads sometimes, but only when you agree to it. You can stop those emails at any time.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell any of your data. Some information is shared with partners when it is needed to run our services. When you pay, payment companies take care of the money details and process them in a secure way. During booking, outside sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Expedia may get guest information. Their own rules apply there, so it helps to read their policies too.

Our cleaning and upkeep teams are given certain property details and when a guest is arriving. This is so they can schedule their work. Our support systems can also read the emails and messages you send us. We work with analytics vendors to see how the site is used. This is done in a way that does not tie results to specific people.  If the law requires it, we may share information with government offices. This can happen with court orders, legal probes, or regulator requests.

In unusual situations, like a merger or a sale of the business, your data could move as part of the change. We would let you know if that happens.

Data Security

We treat security as a top priority.

  • Data is encrypted while it moves between systems, using common industry methods.
  • Only approved staff can view sensitive information.
  • We also keep the servers set up to protect data stored on them.

When it comes to payments, outside PCI-certified providers handle that work.

  • We do not run payment processing inside our own system.
  • We keep an eye out for unusual login attempts.
  • We also do security checks on a regular schedule.
  • Even with these steps, no setup can promise full safety.
  • We cannot promise that every possible risk will be blocked.

Please use a strong password.

  • Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • Keep your contact information current so we can reach you if we need to.

Your Privacy Rights

  • You control what happens with your data.
  • You can ask to see the records we keep about you.
  • If something is wrong or outdated, you can ask us to fix it.
  • You can also stop consent for marketing messages at any time.
  • You may request that we delete your data when the law allows it.

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you more rights. To use any of these options, reach out to us using the details below. We will reply within 30 days.

Cookies And Tracking

We put cookies on your device so we can recognise you if you visit again. They also help us keep your choices and see what people do on the site. You can change cookie options in your browser. Many browsers let you turn cookies off, or you can choose to be alerted before cookies are saved.

If you decline cookies, some parts of the site may not work as well. We use analytics tools to check site performance too. The reports are combined data, so they do not point to one person.

Children And Minors

This site is made for adults. If you are under 18, please do not use it. We do not try to get information about kids. If we learn that we saved details from a minor, we will remove it right away. If you think we have information about someone under 18, reach out to us now.

Changes To This Policy

We might change this Privacy Policy later. That could happen if our work shifts or if rules change. If we update it, we will put the new version on this page. It will show a new “last updated” date. For major updates, we will reach out to you directly. If you keep using our services after we post the changes, you are agreeing to the new terms.
